Order Cancellation

Before Shipment

  • Processing Time: Cancellation requests will be processed as soon as possible. However, if your order has already been processed for shipment, we may not be able to cancel it.

After Shipment

  • Shipped Orders: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer want the order, please refer to our return and refund policy for further instructions.

Eligibility for Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds are only available under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Provide detailed information and photos of the damaged or defective items to [email protected].
  • Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you or issue a refund if the correct product is not available.

Refund Process

  • Review and Approval: Once we receive your request and supporting documentation, we will review the information provided. If your request is approved, we will process your refund.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for orders that are canceled due to a change of mind or preference after the product has been shipped.
  • Late Claims: Claims made more than 48 hours after receipt of the order will not be eligible for refunds.
